WRONG, DEAD WRONG

You're looking at this company and the industry butt backwards.

1) Marijuana for any use is illegal under federal law
2) Its illegal to ship or mail products of Marijuana

This leaves much confusion for the safety of doctors, professionals, users because the police do not know what to do about this.

Marijuana is big business in Seattle. Until recently the city had more marijuana dispensaries than Starbucks outlets—a remarkable statistic considering that the company is headquartered there. While the number of Starbucks now stands at 139, the Seattle Times reports a slight decrease in number of dispensaries during the past few weeks—to approximately 119 from 145– because of a crackdown on dispensaries within 1,000 feet of schools and playgrounds.

In her final term as governor, Christine Gregoire signed legislation in 2011 legalizing marijuana in Washington. But that law is a watered down version of what had been proposed. The legislature passed a bill that would have provided that qualified users, providers and health care professionals shall not be arrested, prosecuted or [subject to other criminal sanctions or civil consequences under state law, so long as certain criteria are met.

If this law is passed for legalization in Washington, it will fall under state law unless its overturned by the Washington's High Courts. Just like CA with the banning of gay marriage was reversed by the courts decision. Right now states laws and rights are more powerful then the federal laws. Regardless of what happens this is going to spur a nationwide debate and companies like $CBIS are the ones who see this as an opportunity.

How do people make BIG money? They're willing to take the risks and are able to see the way of the future.
