I think we're all experiencing that frustration to some degree. I know when I look at the daily average now required to get the 30dma up to $1 by Nov 14th, I get exasperated to say the least.

With every passing day it seems the funds who can't hold this stock if it does become delisted sell off more, and management doesn't seem to care. I too will have to face a decision as I can't hold a delisted stock in my account, and I'm not sure that I'm willing to go down to the last day to find out what the plans of management really are. Yes, I'm aware of what common sense says they will do, but somehow I don't find that all that comforting.

Just wanted to say that I feel your pain! I think most everyone here has felt the way you do at one time or another. I know I've surely had my "rants" on occasion.

That said.... not all of us have been able to back up and admit that we were just angry. I admire that quality.

I been invested (too deeply) in HDY for almost 8 years now. I've seen just about everything one could see in an investment and some things that some would NEVER believe. I've been high as a kite and low as a dog with this stock.

One thing I've learned, among many things, is that ANYTHING can happen. I think that at this point in time... the rubber will meet the road with HDY. I believe that this is the make or break point for the company. We either get a strong JV partner now.... or we watch this company fold and the stock price go to zero.

From my past experience with HDY .... silence is NOT always golden... but in this case, considering recent problems with perceived info leaks... I think Ray Leonard is playing things very close to the vest. I believe we get the JV signed and an announcement will be made in early November. Depending on who the JV is.... I think the share price could run up quickly to between $2 to $3.

I'm not ready to give up on Ray Leonard yet and I'm betting on HDY.... AGAIN!!!
