Turbine units are designed to be fixed permenantly at their sites as they deliver energy, cooling, and heating necessary at the local site.
CPST does provide for turbine rentals on trailers in the smaller unit sizes here in the US. I haven't heard alot about rentals, but it is a great way to recycle turbine use in the refurbished older, used model turbines that come up for sale.
