It was a really dumb move to come here posting on this board. No CEO has successfully defended his company on a public forum. You being here isn't going to help matters any. It reeks of desperation.

Dear Mr Steve thank you very much for taking some precious time to share your thoughts,set the records straight and debunk some of the really outrageous lies and falsehood surrounding ICPA by some disrespectful and discourteous people here,something posting scathing remarks that appears maliciously wrong and misleading statements. Personally I was amazed at how fast the company is progressing,getting new business partnerships and charging ahead with its objectives,so I was interested to know despite of the many previous months of slumber and inactivity on the balance sheet,cash flow statement and income,revenues profits,where does the company stand in its financial management in the upcoming quarter results. I would like to be pleasantly surprised together with other shareholders who have placed faith and hope in ICPA,that this month of november and onwards will be a fruitful and memorable breakthrough period for us. Since we already have clearvision airport networks(clearchannel),punchTV affiliates and other revenue streams coming our way or already in progress. Could you perhaps give us a heads up on what we can expect this quarter results? Its natural that as investors we want to know our investment is in good hands and reflected in the PPS. I hope you can clear the polluted air and show us the direction.Thank you.

Ok, let's say it is really Steve Smablis, that posts here (sorry but saw that on too many I-hub boards, that some clowns opened up a free account and said they were the CEO and only posted BS).

My only question to you is: What you wanna do to give back shareholder value? What about the millions of shares, that were bought bewtween .04 to .058!!!

That was almsot 1.000% higher than the current PPS! Some people have a lot of money in here and are deep in the red!

What are your plans to get the PPS back to that .05+ range within the next months?

PR's won't do that trick as we all saw with the last 10-20 PR's!

What about a share buyback programmm from the company? What about completely new contracts, that will surprise people and make new investors buy ICPA?

What are the plans to give those people the value of the shares back, that they bought some months ago?

Thanks Steve for being extremely pro-active as few CEO's of any company have ever been. I love to see this, and sure many others think the same: huge kudo's to you sir! Very bold: I love it!

I sold out of my last ICPA shares several months ago when I sensed dumping and just a pps that was not being supported over .01 very well. I also have been burned every time waiting for a penny stock pps to recover - so nothing personal just how it goes down here.

I was the homeless guy that you talked about earlier this year: your Efforts have changed my financial life in many ways: Thank You Steve! Is it heartless that I still 'gave up' and sold? Yes, it is. But also I just figure that unless I am ever my own CEO and know exaxtly what is going on: I cannot trust any CEO 100% again....though if there was one CEO out there who comes nearest to this complete trust, it's you by obvious default now that you lol opened an IHub account on top of all the other FB and other communication I have seen you do so much of this year.


...moving on.....

If there could be some clarity as to a freeze in the share structure for say a year - this I think would go a long way to rebuilding Confidence. I understand though that people and bills have to be paid, so perhaps I ask too much too soon......

But one thing I know: I will be reading this Board and your posts going foward to see what you have to say.

Rewind 692 Days ago from today and you will see the PR that CEO Steven Samblis issued about a 4 year deal with the Billion dollar company ClearChannel. 692 Days later somehow the Revenue that Steven Samblis touted has yet to find its way to a SEC public filing.

Here is a copy of....i should say part of the contract that Investors have been begging Steve to show them for almost 2 years. He finally showed part of it.....in 2014. Why didn't Steven Samblis file this with the SEC?

Now i wonder why a CEO of a publicly traded Company wouldn't want to be as transparent as possible with the SEC....?

Steve Samblis we heard your excuses why you shouldn't 8K certain things. But IMO it sounds very silly and IMO it sounds like you are trying to hide Company information from the Market. How on earth is a 4 year Deal with a Billion dollar company like Clear Channel not worthy of a SEC 8K Material event?

IMO I could imagine how Steve Samblis would feel now if he had filed a 8K for the ClearVision deal and still was reporting ZERO Revenue like he is now.
