Not hardly! No one here has been the CEO of an alleged oil company acquired by MIHL.
The CEO conveniently retired a week ago, but neglected to mention it until challenged.
That is U.S.Oil of Newtown,PA...which was never mentioned in any disclosure.
You know the 'U.S.Oil & Refining Co.' that cannot be confused with the U.S.Oil & Refining Co in Tacoma, WA because "we don't do any refining in the U.S".
If thats the case then the whole name is an oxymoron and IMO is a clear deception using another company's name to impress.

There was no filing of any kind in this regard. Should have been AT LEAST a SEC 8K.
Actually, MIHL still does not come up as registered with the SEC even though we have been assured that they are.

When all else fails....its "send an email through our website". Sure...that works....then everyone can see the answer, right?
