What was the date on that fed ex sticker and how come know one was around to accept it? is there any workers 2 doors down at their working facility? Just want to see if anyone is in the office working? These are serious questions, not one to put the stock down.
So according to the tracking number, a FedEx Priority Envelope leaves NY on October 16. At 2:04 PM on the 17th, there is a "Delivery exception" ("customer not available or business closed"). At 7:42 PM on the 17th, the envelope is back at the local FedEx facility.
The trail ends there. I wonder why the 10/26 delivery attempt is not in the tracking activity. And where has it been for the past 9-10 days?

I didn't follow up through Fedx but if you are correct it's from New York I would suggest your right and this may be the "No Further Action" letter. Not sure what all the extra weight might be, sure makes it a long letter.
