I would think alot higher because of the conversion price.

Shares of our convertible preferred stock are convertible into shares of our common stock at a conversion price of $3.30 per share

Due to our limited operations, we do not have any employees, and our executive officers are retained as independent contractors on a part-time basis. Sounds hopeful Hahahaha. Sorry...it is a riot though ya gotta admit...
