Actually, it's a warning to EVERYONE - I quote, "This company may not be making material information publicly available"

It's making some information available, but according to OTCMarkets.com, it may not be making ALL material information available. Remember, when a company puts out "news stories", it's nowhere near as credible as an SEC 10Q filing, nor anywhere near as complete.

Even some who like to play the stinky pinkies stay away from the STOP SIGN ones like CELH. Maybe becoming a non-filer wasn't such a hot idea after all.
