Steve Elschlepp and Jay Miscovich must of helped Orrv in Ecuador as Silversteins Affidavit expressly states - ended up with Heimdal being arrested/or chased away by the miltary. Some seem to think the emeralds were discovered in Ecuador from the Silverstein Affidavit. Does any one know how Steve and Jay were involved with Orrv during that period? My belief along with Waiting 2 - surprise statement - is that if a Trial starts by December 3, 2010 without any serious problems from deal makers to reduce fines and sentences - Orrv's value will increase substantially after the first hour of Court time.

I re-read the Silverstein Affidavit, I go over in my mind the 60 minutes video and then I hear nothing negative from Orrv in any press releases but positives in Orrv deemed sanctioned newspaper articles. I am invested in Orrv for the Earh discoveries and hopefuly Orrv has more on their plate besides the Tradewinds disorder. At this point I do not see a serious problem especially after JTR's Court Ordered filing on or before what I belief is November 23, 2012.

I hope this will occurr - One a finding that the issue as to ^criteia" - a priniple of testing was reasonable for JYR to request given that all concerned were aware of Horan informing Motivation the impossibly the emeralds came from the 2 wrecks and that a Bad Faith Complaint may follow, the impossibly that the barrel came apart against the prevailing current, that Motivation had superior knowledge that a higher Court changed the wherever it may lie condition made by a lower Court but pressing on notwithstanding, then accusing some person of stealing emeralds years ago and tieing it to JTR without proper proofs, then after all that failed wrongfully accusing JTR of Fraud on the Court and putting an esteemed Lawyer as part of the Fraud on the Court condition that may be tied to Lawyer Fee payments problems by Motivation. I really do not understand such conduct, but I wish I was as positive as Spinner with the outcome.
