When the news is released I expect the share price to go to .055 or higher which is 80% upside from hovering around .03 which I don't see today.

.04 is 33% upside from .03.

you will soon see why. others have a good idea, but are hush
about it. the duration of any upside is limited, as you've seen
in the past. stocks that can't hold gains will not trade flat
for long. they tend to retreat until a support level is reached.
