he needs financing desperately. he can not afford to have the shareprice decrease as it has been. the lower it goes the less buying power it has. so if he had any type of agreements at all in place, we would know about it. he has to pump this price any way he can. he used all the ammo he has. sadly for shareholders, that info was sorely lacking. the company continues to sink into the toxic abyss.
