They already set the dividend at $2.65 a share for the present quarter. I think the dividend may go up for the next calender year if they hit or do better than their guidance. As for a split, their aren't enough authorized shares for Apple to do a meaningful split. You will know if a split is coming down the road if Apple asks for authorization from shareholders for an increase in the number of shares that company can have.
