Idk if you only saw him say that and not come back and say whoops I mean I don't support states rights on MMJ . I used to be republican, I'm now voting for Gary Johnson, and those of you in MJNA should atleast know that he would reschedule cannabis his first day in office and have it legalized very soon. He would make us rich. That being said I can't believe anyone thinks they can take a state right. Washington and Jefferson would be screaming by now. I guess worst worst case is Romney stops all of it while he is in power, drives all these cannabis stocks to sub penny and ill hold millions of shares when he is out of office and things move forward again. But I think we don't have enough federal agents to arrest everyone in CO and WA. With dispensaries there were choke points. With legalization it would be a laughable and monumental waste of money to arrest all users and I don't think the state would reverse what their voters want or even can reverse it
