This is NOT dead money for 5-7 years. There are all kinds of material events which will occur in the next few months and through 2013 -- preliminary results from the Kevetrin trial, continuing news as the Prurisol human trials move closer to commencing. Biotechs move up (and down) long before a drug is finally proven effective or not.

Here's a roller coaster that is not as far along the path as Kevetrin -- would you consider this to be "dead money" ?

"Shareholders please clarify something for me."

If indeed that's the case, approximately 16 to 18 months from the initiation of FDA stage 1, Kevetrin might be shared with or owned by a large multinational pharmaceutical company.

To ask that question you obviously have done absolutely no DD on the company or have even bothered to acquaint yourself with the history on this board as to why current investors are so excited.
The question is basically an insult.

I question your friend's choice for investment advisor.
I would say wait 5-7 years and then come back and check CTIX. You won't have missed anything. LOL.

If you have done all the DD you can on CTIX and understand the potential of both KEVETRIN and PRURISOL then you have an idea of the RISK/REWARD of investing. If after all that you still find no compelling reason to invest in CTIX now - then CTIX is not a stock for you, just my opinion. All the DD needed about CTIX is to be found on thier website , other news clips outside CTIX only confirm what is already on the website.

DEAD MONEY ??? O.K. if thats what you think, hold onto that.
As events unfold in the trials I see it having an effect on the PPS in the months and years to come. As far as CTIX ever manufacturing and selling drugs after FDA approval. Could be, thats up to management. Really see more likely a partnership or buyout but still way too early to speculate that. Good to excellent results from the trials could PUSH progress to a sooner outcome than 5 to 7 years.

Compelling reason to me for owning CTIX is to get in early for the percieved potential easy money. Also if later I for some reason need to get my base out and ride FREE ON BOARD SHARES.
This is ofcourse based on doing the DD and believing in the SCIENCE. The stock trading currently do not really reflect that and there are a few too many that want to make a few pennies YESTERDAY. I can hold and wait for results to start comming out.
