Adam got back to me redux:

We have a couple serious deals brewing(which it always seems we do) that are hopefully closing sooner rather than later which should put us back on the right track. I can`t really give you a timeline though because delays seem to keep happening on the customers end.

I asked him to throw me a bone and confirm that QL is still in the picture.

I think FASC should issue some convertible preferred shares. That is how I would pony up.

I am sure there may be other better ideas.
