I wonder what the "off-color remark" was that was made in response to T-Mobile's request to see the 'new' business records was. The T-Mobile lawyers may have a leg to stand on as regards getting turnover of these records expidited,..

Don't think it will significantly alter their infringement case, but it is never too good to annoy the judge.

I think they should fly out to California and go make their own copies.

Are you kidding me??!?! The document copying issue resurfaces yet again and our lawyers are trying to get t-mobile to pay to have them copied.
