If management dilutes to these levels, let them work their way back on their own efforts, not the losses of previous or current investors. JMO

That's my point I dont think its a matter of 'do they want to' Im sure they do.

My point is its a matter of practicality. It will become impossible for them in the short term, without a R/S, to seek funding - since the price is so low.


I am not suggesting they R/S because they want to.. I am saying that sooner or later, most likely sooner, they will have NO OTHER CHOICE.

Funder's will not give money to a company thats trading constantly at 0003/0005 etc...

I am saying it will become IMPOSSIBLE for them to work their way back on their own efforts because it will be very hard to secure funding and then to have those funders sell shares higher.



Think about it.. .0004 to .004 is the same % as .015-.115
Those runs are one time things for stocks.. until they reverse this wont get past .0015 IMO.
