Read the PR, don't make things up.

1) The DoD did not see the flight yet. It will in the next few weeks.
2) PR today is for NEXT GENERATION of strats. Yes, you are always supposed to be working on new technology for your current product.

Sebass, Reread yesterdays PR. You state that DOD has already witnessed the flight of the strat. The PR is written as a future event (within the next few weeks). They write DOD "to" witness, not have witnessed.
