im thinkin the same as your sayin. the Kims took control on Sept 7 so im expectin all of this to be part of the next filing.

as for revenue all i have to go on is Artist MSS:

The company has substantial revenues and with deliver further updates on a regular basis.

we know AGIJ is profitable on its own so what ever Artist MSS has for revenue will just increase the numbers.
