i would not go by the filings they are not current. they were restated but still only up to the dates they were due. im not sure when the next filing is due. does anyone else know?

wrong, per their own filing O/S was 1,430,000,000 as of August 9th..

everyone here knew that, I'm surprised no one corrected that sooner, lol..

Issued as of August 9, 2012 = 1.43 Billion

AGIJ, I'm expecting a new filing any day raising the A/S to 5 billion..
