What's strange is why Scottrade makes me call in my order. I still don't see anything "unusual" about the volume.

Restricted shareholders can only sell their shares if the company is giving the TA an Opinion Letter for this action to lift the restriction legend from certificate!

Even if this is done, shareholders from pinks are only allowed to sell stock in the amount of 1% of the current OS in a 3 month period!

But another item has to be done by company: it has to be current in its filings! If the pink filing matches the SEC filings requirements for rule 144 - i have my doubts...

The restricted shares are not the problem...read the filings, there are unrestricted...
