Maybe between the election in the US and what type of mining the new people are there is much risk for some? Once the dust settles this will either go through the roof or still be hanging out at this level. Way to many penny miners ,if the new owners are penny miners it will just sit here like it has always done! If they are a legit private mining co going public this could be huge IMO !
