Regarding the India order, my thought is that they are waiting for approval before announcing that shipment so that there are as many investor eyes on the company as possible. TSA approval followed by the shipment of a 5.7M order will look really good for the company. Large unknown orders must follow TSA approval as well IMO which I am confident they will.
