How could he put out a rebuttal BEFORE those other news releases even came out and which had nothing to do with Carter Care?

Also if you notice, he talked about gold in that news.

I've been laughing at this part of that news you posted since I first read it.

First of all, the PRs under discussion have nothing to do with Carter or Carter Care.

Second, I find this interesting:

BCIT is currently undertaking due diligence on several possibilities for a reverse merger, one of which includes Gold-Oil rights details of which are as follows. This information would not normally be released but in the present circumstances full disclosure is appropriate. There are no letters of intent related to this exercise. Compensation for damages suffered by BCIT is an issue and is being thoroughly pursued by BCIT against those whom it considers responsible.

And it was the very same day that the Venezualan gold PR was issued. Sure doesn't sound as if Megas is disclaiming that PR, does it?
