As a result, many governments, led by the United States, are entering into non-lethal weapons research, design, and procurement, covering the full spectrum of public safety, law enforcement, crowd control, and asymmetric warfare. CACI and Laser Energetics intend to be the leading solution providers in this field."

That is one interpretation. Is it reality? I know I don't have access to any agreement forms. I also don't have clearance to attend the current show.

If you happen to have some evidence please do not hesitate to post it here. I am sure there are plenty of people out there who would be keenly interested in reading and or seeing what you have.

Also you keep referring to CACI as never selling weapons and my reply is who cares? LEI has plenty of sales people, but what they need now is a company who has extensive experience in complicated military logistics.

That answer probably only makes sense if a person is able to look at it from a business management aspect.

So IMHO I believe that argument can now be laid to rest that is unless you have a valid reason to the contrary.
