The only possible reason could be that there is no "there" there. I don't believe for a minute that there is a wash plant on site, or that they have any trucks or any equipment of any kind. If they did, they would be posting pictures on their website.
LSTG needs money.
Money comes from investors.
Investors buy on good news and evidence of good future prospects.
If LSTG has not provided any of this (and seems unwilling / unable to do so), then I must conclude that they have nothing to show and nothing to report.
