Are you trying to buy PIPI? Its a suspended shell trading on Grey market. No body buys the grey market stocks except the newbies. PIPI will never trade again. Its more than 1 1/2 yrs and the company did not want to file anything. even if they file all required documents and make this active. This will open at no bids x 0.0001. Also beware of the dilution, they will increase the A/S and dump all the shares in the market. Thats the only reason they would want this to be active again.
