GCM.to/TPRFF +.01 to C$.36

I bought a starter position in GCM.to today at C$.345.

Gran Colombia is a high cost producer, with cash costs above $1200/oz last qtr. They are completing an upgrade to their Segovia mill that will be done in Q1 2013 and increase thru put to around 1500tpd from about 1/2 that 2 qtrs ago.

The $100million financing will finance a new mill that will process 2500tpd by 2014 and increase company production to 200,000 oz/yr.

The increase in production rate should lead to lower cash costs in the coming qtrs and help cashflow.

Market cap is around 133million for 14million oz of gold.
