Earnins: Last conf. call was Aug. 18; 3 months = Nov. 18 at the earliest. I expect a delay. Reason: The 3rd tranch is almost paid; (((I)))) think they will announce acquisition of final third BEFORE earnings...and they will delay earnings announcement until they have finalized the welding back-together of the company. Then earnings will be a full 10Q instead of these abbreviated earnings reports they have posted for 2 years. Hold tight. Downward ticks mean nothing in the larger picture.
