The one thing people are missing about Dr Frank's approach to doing business is diversity. The contract signed with the NY JV is Non-ACS work. He also plans to expand into the Cloud. This sure will allow ANTS to diverse its revenue and not be dependent on IBM. I think we could be looking at a well rounded IT company here.
