i know for CKJ (not sure on the rest) that the "call date" has passed since around three months? of notice by the board needed to be made to redeem by year end. SOL...will now be 2017

They will not redeem any jr preferred shares until they paid off the government IMO. Can you imagine the outcry if they did?

Just took a quick look at all Freddie Jr pref call dates
on a call date, for the call price, the stock must be returned. i think they can make an offering at full price plus dividends any time they wish. the return of the stock is at the option of the holder.
