BakerBoy, SGCP could probably spin-off the AG into another publically traded company. Since SGCP can't go lower than $.0001. It can't hurt stock prices. It could keep 50% ownership of the new publicly traded company. It might be one option for more funds both for the AG expansion & for SGCP to generate "immediate" cash. That the SL economy is growing at over 30% clip helps out.
The AG business is on the verge of being profitable. Probably need $150,000 in revenue. But a good case could be made to the investment community that with an additional $700,000, the AG business could expand 3x and be very profitable with double cropping. SGCP can continue to feed it laborers/villagers. The expansion crops/vegetables/grain/animals will generate profitable revenue for further expansion of AG making shareholders happier.
Hopefully Doug has considered this option, but those who communicate with him might mention it to him. Just on the very outside chance, that he hasn't.
BakerBoy your thoughts of new publically traded AG company could be a win win win proposition.
