As much as you may not like to hear this it is something that everyone should think about.

If KMAG did indeed release inaccurate information, and, it appears the SEC feels that they did. Then why becomes the question.

The answer is to sell shares I'd course.

KMAG is debt free, how do you know this? Oh thats right JR said so in a press release. ;-)

KMAG has product sales, how do you know this? Oh thats right JR said so in a press release, however, won't name any of his alleged customers. ;-)

Several emails from manufacturers were posted verifying the relationship with KMAG. How do you know this? Oh that right anonymous posters with alias posted these alleged emails on a message board. ;-)

The patents are real and r-pac is using them. Can you say revenue. How do you know r-pac is paying KMAG revenue for using the patents? Can you show us the filings from KMAG showing this? ;-)

It's all there if you care to find it. If not, continue posting the same thing daily. How do you know its all there to find out? Oh that right JR released it in a PR, however, with out naming customers, clients, locations of warehouses, etc..etc... If he would have filed this info with the SEC in the forms of 8K's and 10Q's it would it would be more credible, however, there was a reason for not doing this and it has came back to bite him and us in the bottom by the way of the SEC's teeth. ;-)
