Nunez, the stock fraud mistro, per SEC, is warning of reverse split and further dilution in the last 10Q. Read it. The warning is all there in black and white - no money, no financing, no invewntory, no nothing. The only means to survive is the reverse split and more screwing of longs. mmtc sucks
