rj2 - Assuming the inventory machines meet St-Malo's requirements and they are still available, it would make sense to use one of those to fill the order.
I am a little perplexed at the moment and would expected we might hear something from St-Malo indicating the machine was at least ordered if not delivered. Nothing in the public record suggests they have moved forward with the purchase as yet. Considering there are machines sitting on the shelf as it were, getting one shouldn't have been a problem. So reading between the lines a bit, I suspect that the provincial government may not have cut their check yet to St-Malo. Politics can be a wonderful thing after all. Hopefully, St-Malo will provide us with an update soon and let us know where the project currently stands.
