Thanks. EDIT: Found the link. Looks like lots of grousing and urinal thumping there. SH sure hasn't changed much in the last 18+ years it would appear. LOL I used to hang out there many many years ago. Got burned on the churning TRE equity. Haven't been back.

Appreciate the headzup. Not so many SH posts today. Lots of talk about "twinning holes" -- what that is, how it's done, do they count, and on and on.

SH convo reminds me of my mother-in-law. Can go on for days about nothing. LOL
