If you are referring to poster "joecanouse" and if said poster really is Joe Canouse, then, yes, Joe and Jim are brothers.

And a point of clarification. Jim Canouse is the President of F3, not the CEO. The CEO is Frank Connor, who is the Canouse's first cousin.
