This is s a relationship business. APII brings some contacts as already shown in the consulting deals previously announced and now they bring financing and a public share structure. WAFR has intellectual property as a result of the Sandia settlement that can now be monetized.
Time will tell what the ultimate "value" here is but there clearly will be revenues and hopefully profits to be made. The release of the consolidated financials will give everyone a much clearer understanding of where things stand.
It would not surprise me to see this over $1 before too long.
