When you look at the effective date of the AS increase, around September 5th. By October 10th, they were at just under 7.3 billion OS. So, they diluted close to 3.3 billion shares in 35 days. Based on recent dilution, IMDS is most likely approaching 8.5 billion OS.

Most financial filings show OS on the day of release, or the day prior. IMDS's 10K showed the OS on October 10th, but was released 5 days later. Makes you wonder if they did some large conversions on the 11th and 12th. I guess we'll see this week or next if we get big dumping. 1-2 weeks is about how long it takes to clear the shares for trading.
