I would say that is a victory for the Defendants.

Are we talking Canadian or American or Murphy's law here.This is too much !!!
So this case is not really over and we are waiting on the judge's decision of a counter claim by the defendants? Is there a link to this counter claim and or the judge's decision concerning this anywhere?
Mmmm I think not otherwise it would have been all over the internet by now but oh wait the defendants can't post anything, anywhere about JBI anymore because the judge punished them for doing something illegal. Too bad so sad.
