I believe it was around .10 - .12

there was a huge Pre-Market buying... that blew this up because
of the APS but then they stated it wasn't... That was what caused
the downfall...

But it should go back up to those level as soon as there
are confirmation of what Cap was stating on the ARC and with
KAES and other pending deals and PATENTS...

We should hear an update soon enough...
