I have read too many message boards to know that GTGP is no different. In some ways worse. The lack of financials for a stock with the activity it had was pretty unique. There are too many warning signs or clues about any number of issues. First, the suspension could be seen a mile away, and was, because of the lack of financials. It is rare that this call can be made and actually come true within the timeframe seen here.

There are indications that assets are being transferred to a private entity, there are clear inconsistency in past PR's ....the list goes on.

...so lets see what happens on the 25th. Maybe he will announce an auditior, clearly state the interest that GTGP has in GTHI, provide an estimated timeline to producing the financials, explain the lack of any filing with FINRA for the divvies promised last year, clarify the share structure, provide the results the elusive hot run, etc. etc.

...but somehow I don't think we will see any of that.

most Pink Sheet companies can only dream about that... If GTGP was just a typical scam blowing hot air we would be sub-penny asap, but it didn't happen

for crying out loud, this is a big facility and he would not be able to buy it if

1, he had no money or way to finance it

2, he'd certainly not be buying it if he had no use for it, that is simply common sense, and a scammer does not waste money which he could be scamming. Come on now, let's be real

3, if he did not have some money or a revenue stream lined up to be able to keep MSE going, i wouldn't just sell my business to someone w out knowing they had the where with all to pay me and to keep the business going while he/she owed me funds

4, if all the parties involved were not satisfied in both Jim's integrity and ability

so, it's easy to say he's this or that

but it just does not fly in the case of GTGP
most pennies could not even think about buying MSE
let alone do so
