3. Patemt updates and approval for the Arc Masters 1

4. Agreement with Cell Runner of Japan

5. Engagements with Kinetrics to finalize plans.

ANY updates will move the PPS higher on a low float.

look at SNPK and NSRSE, another APS play that had a nice bounce.
