Canes nope. If anyone is selling it's new shareholders who got restricted shares with Amero merger. It's been over 6 months since merger. So could be past Sec rule 144 restriction. Maybe some need money we don't know.
Its nothing more than hitting stiff resistance at the 200 dma... Dont forget this stock was down low for s long while with very little volume for people to exit if they wished. You will see a much better result with another day of volume like fridays!
