Kalstone, I'm to the point now where I can't do anymore research/DD. I've been to the lab, you've called and confirmed OSIS is manufacturing the Mit-1000. the machine has been certified by the AOAC for Listeria, so we know it definitely works. I'm confident that everthing will fall into place. Waiting is tough, well worth it IMO.
