yes they diluted recently (luckily s they cannot do any more), just not been told which projects that was for and if they have since changed their mind.

The chill/lock shows all how dependent on sale of shares the company has been to fund operations. The good - is as you mention the company/Doug must find a way to fund operations without diluting shares thru monthly sales or cease operations.

This is do or DIE time. I predict, the SL locals will come thru with 30 - 50 oz of gold per month, processing the stockpile of the black sands. Having to work without being paid should emphasize the URGENCY of recovering the gold from the sands.
