You rarely ever see VFIN on the bid, they bought 700k shares below .06 or took there bid down, not sure. I wasn't paying attention to ICPA much today.
VFIN is known for dilution of stocks when companies need to sell, but is not always the case. It is very strange to see VFIN on the bid. Not saying it means much, but it was so strange I thought I would mention it.
They later disappeared off the bid, not sure if they were filled or took the bid down. Good luck
