Try placing order with Ameritrade.
Also, there is no problems with my funds, there is more than enough money in my account.
There is problem. I am not paying member with Ihub, otherwise I would take a screen shot and paste it here.

If anybody can take a screen shot and paste here the message, then there will be no doubt about chill order

I went back again, there is a DTC Chill. It's not my account and I have lots of old cash there.

TDA is at least "pretending" there is a chill with respect to PCFG online buy orders routed through their own internal default broker (called Smart). An alternative available to online clients of TDA is to enable direct routing through ARCA. I haven't tried it because I'm not interested in buying above 0.0024, but it may work.
