Considering The Darkness for 6mo and

And the advantages that affords

and

Since their common shares ownerships
didn't change much after the conversion
of those 2 preferred shares

I wouldn't be surprised
if they gifted those shares away
and then those common shares
went to somebody else who dumped them
into the market giving kick backs to the Stead brothers
(plagiarized BTW)
