I'm not highflier, but I think the first thing we must all do is remain calm. Some of the investors from TDA have reported they were not able to purchase shares because of the "chill." Not all investors and brokerage companies are in this same boat.
Secondly, as Cassandra has pointed out, this is not really news. The issue with Fairhills started last August and they are the only ones indicted.
Thirdly, this has not stopped the work of the company. The CE Mark schedule is on. The president recently wrote a letter. Solos Endoscopy is moving forward.
Fourthly, the company is real. Posters here have seen and used its products. We have seen advertisements and articles in trade journals about it.
Let's not panic. Let's wait and see.
